Senior Software Engineer at Pactum

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain the core tools that enable large-scale negotiation design, management, and monitoring within our AI platform.
• Take full ownership of engineering problems from initial concept through implementation and delivery, guiding solutions from start to finish.
• Collaborate daily with teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and feedback sessions while maintaining high standards for code quality and system reliability.

What you'll bring

• Solid experience working with object-oriented languages and modern web technologies, including TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Lean practices, test-driven development, continuous integration and deployment, and a commitment to keeping test coverage above 80 percent.
• Proven ability to lead development efforts, communicate effectively within a team, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with employees across eight countries.
• Fluency in English and comfort with occasional nontraditional working hours to support our global operations.
