What is this role?

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering organization on a full-time, remote basis. The position calls for someone with senior-level experience who can take full ownership of complex technical challenges from day one.

What will you do?

• Design, build, and maintain the core tools that let our teams create, manage, and monitor AI-driven negotiations at enterprise scale.
• Write clean, well-tested code in TypeScript, Node.js, and React while ensuring our Postgres data layer and Google Cloud Platform services remain reliable and performant.
• Lead development efforts by guiding features from initial idea through deployment, using CI/CD pipelines and maintaining test coverage above 80 percent.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring solid experience with object-oriented languages and feel at home discussing Agile, Lean, TDD, SOLID, and DDD practices. You enjoy collaborating daily through pull requests, value clear communication, and are comfortable taking charge of problems without waiting for detailed instructions. Fluency in English is essential, and you are open to occasional nontraditional hours as part of a globally distributed team spanning more than eight countries.
