Voltage Park serves as an enterprise AI factory, providing scalable compute power through on-demand and reserved bare metal infrastructure powered by NVIDIA GPUs. Our mission is to make AI computing accessible to everyone, from individual builders to large enterprises. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an opportunity to join as an early team member in either the Greater Seattle Area or the San Francisco Bay Area, where you will help shape our culture, engineering practices, and product direction while building services that allow our customers to unlock the full potential of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core infrastructure and AI offerings that enable customers to accelerate their own product development.
• Build fault-tolerant, observable systems that operate reliably at scale while managing complex challenges in networking, security, and resource allocation.
• Take full ownership of features from the initial design phase through to production operations, collaborating closely with our hardware and platform teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in designing, building, and maintaining production-grade software systems.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Rust, Go, or Python.
• A proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish with a high level of autonomy.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker.
• Familiarity with GPU-based infrastructure, AI and ML workloads, or distributed compute systems is highly preferred.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to relocate to or work from our Seattle or Bay Area offices.
