We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Growth AI team and help us build the next generation of tools that make scientific discovery faster, smarter, and more accessible. What you'll be doing

• Design and implement innovative workflows driven by Large Language Models to accelerate research processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and robust APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Collaborate across the stack to build intuitive, user-facing tools with React that provide real value to the scientific community.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong engineer with a passion for applying AI to complex, real-world problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience shipping and maintaining production-grade applications, ideally involving data, machine learning, or research tooling.
• Production-level expertise with at least one major cloud provider and a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• A commitment to writing secure, performant, and well-tested code.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Bonus points if you have experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, or if you have worked with biotech and scientific data pipelines.
