What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in India. We need a seasoned engineer with over six years of experience who is passionate about solving complex cybersecurity challenges and making the internet a safer place for everyone.
What will you do?
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance APIs and backend systems while working within a microservices architecture.
- Apply a data-driven approach to identify emerging cybersecurity fraud trends and develop new product features through rapid proof-of-concept testing.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and proactive monitoring to ensure system reliability.

- Proficiency in TypeScript or Python.
- Extensive experience with data stores like Elastic Search and PostgreSQL.

- Hands-on experience with cloud services and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- A forward-thinking mindset regarding AI coding tools, with bonus points for knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, or Agentic AI frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams like product, UX, and QA.
