Our platform serves as the engine for over 1,500 iconic festivals, venues, and promoters across North America, providing them with the automated, intelligent tools they need to grow their customer bases and sell out shows. We are looking for a talented Senior Software Developer to join our fully remote team and help us tackle the complex technical challenges that come with processing billions of data points and managing high-volume marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing

• You will rapidly build and refine new features, using customer feedback to iterate quickly and deliver high-impact solutions.
• You will take full ownership of projects from initial planning and architectural design through to final deployment and maintenance.
• You will collaborate with our customer success team to identify and resolve critical issues while optimizing system performance and ensuring our architecture remains scalable and well-documented.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who is passionate about shipping software and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience building highly performant web applications.
• Strong proficiency with our core tech stack, which includes React, Redux, TypeScript, Python, Django, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and AWS.
• A proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, utilizing strong independent time management and clear, asynchronous communication skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams to implement end-to-end features.
• The ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs and explain the reasoning behind your architectural decisions.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada, as this is a requirement for our remote team.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get
