What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position designed for a strategic thinker who is ready to lead our social presence and drive omni-channel growth. While we offer a hybrid work environment, we are open to candidates located anywhere. You will be a key player in shaping how our brand connects with our community, ensuring our voice remains authentic and engaging across all digital platforms.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of our organic social programs, from high-level strategy and content development to daily publishing, testing, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like brand management, influencer marketing, creative, and retail to ensure our social strategy aligns with our broader business goals and product launches.
• Analyze trends, platform data, and audience insights to optimize our creative output and identify innovative ways to grow our community and spark meaningful conversations.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a dynamic professional with 5 to 7 years of experience managing social media for established brands. You possess a deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter, and you are comfortable using social media management tools to track your success. You have a proven ability to lead teams, having spent at least 3 years in a management role, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work alongside creative and marketing partners. Your writing is sharp and adaptable, and you have a strong background in content creation, including photo and video editing. Most importantly, you are a proactive problem solver who is passionate about building brands and connecting with people.
