What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This role is based in the United States, with a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in our New York City office one to two days per week. You will be responsible for leading our organic social presence and shaping our creative direction. Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing high-level social media strategies that align with our brand values and marketing objectives.
• Managing and fostering meaningful partnerships with celebrities, creators, and brands to amplify our reach.
• Overseeing the creation of impactful, trend-driven content that resonates with our audience and drives measurable business growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings over five years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the lifestyle sector. You should possess a strong blend of creative and analytical skills, including proficiency in photography, videography, and data tools like Google Analytics. We value candidates who are fluent in internet culture, possess a proactive startup spirit, and have a deep understanding of social commerce. You must be an excellent collaborator who can work across departments to maintain a consistent brand voice. Fluency in English is required for this role.
