About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of digital fashion. You will work cross-functionally to elevate our presence, engage our community, and contribute to our ongoing business growth through creative and strategic content execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans, including the concepting and production of engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Maintain the brand voice through expert storytelling and ensure all posts meet our high standards for quality and aesthetic consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimize our strategy, while proactively researching new ways to innovate our social presence.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media execution, with a preference for candidates who have a background in the fashion industry.
- A deep understanding of how to navigate and leverage various social media platforms to drive engagement.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location
This position is based in Australia and operates in a hybrid work environment.
