Job Summary:

The Senior Social Media & Content Manager owns the company’s social media strategy and how we show up online. You will be responsible for building a strong digital presence that positions the business as a leader in financial markets and payments. Content is a key tool in achieving this from shaping the editorial direction to overseeing production and distribution across social platforms ensuring everything we publish is relevant, engaging and commercially impactful.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the social media strategy through LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.

• Own content strategy and execution, setting direction, overseeing production (in-house and outsourced), and directly creating, editing, and optimising content based on audience insights and platform performance.

• Use social platforms to distribute through leadership and key market insights.

• Translate complex topics into engaging, social-first content.

• Partner with design teams and creators to produce high-performing social content.

• Build creator and influencer partnerships that drive audience growth and engagement.

• Own performance across all social platforms: Growth, Engagement, Reach and Lead generation.

• 3+ years’ experience in a social media Manager or content focused roles, leadership, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or investment sectors.

• Proven track record growing social media accounts (personal or brand). Candidates must be able to share examples and results.

• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and what drives reach and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

• Experience owning campaigns end to end, from concept and planning through execution and performance review.

• Commercial mindset that understands how social support brand, growth and business objectives (not just vanity metrics).

• Strong experience setting editorial direction and overseeing content production (writing can be outsourced, but owenership sits here)

• Confident using data to assess performance, refine content and drive continuous improvement. · Comfortable using data to tell a story and optimise content performance across various platforms.

• Knowledge on SEO best practices will be considered as an asset

• Ability to plan and storyboard short-form video (Reels/TikTok/LinkedIn Video) for complex topics like market volatility.

• Experienced in managing creative resources and external partners to achieve high-quality, high-volume output.
