The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Manager to take the lead on our digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, crafting a strategy that positions us as a leader in the financial and payments space. You will own the entire editorial direction, ensuring that every piece of content we publish is not only relevant and engaging but also drives real commercial impact for our business.

A day in the life

• You will spearhead our social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, while identifying emerging channels to expand our reach.
• You will oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality content, working closely with design teams and creators to translate complex financial topics into accessible, social-first stories.
• You will analyze performance metrics to optimize our growth, engagement, and lead generation efforts, ensuring our content strategy consistently aligns with our broader business goals.

Who you are

You are a creative strategist with at least three years of experience in social media or content management, ideally within the fintech or investment sectors. You understand how to grow a brand online and can provide clear examples of your past successes. You are comfortable navigating platform algorithms and have a commercial mindset that values meaningful growth over vanity metrics. Additionally, you are skilled at storyboarding short-form video content and managing creative resources to maintain a high volume of quality output. Proficiency in English is required, and a strong grasp of SEO best practices will be considered a valuable asset.
