What you bring

As a Senior SEO Manager in this full-time, on-site role based in Germany, you will be instrumental in driving our international search performance. You will work closely with country managers to implement scalable projects across various domains. Your expertise in Marketing, SEO, and Automation will be essential as you help us navigate the intersection of technical strategy and user experience.

• You will design and execute scalable SEO initiatives to improve performance across our international domains.
• You will develop strategies to enhance our visibility within AI-generated search results and LLM-driven platforms.
• You will act as a strategic partner to our engineering and product teams, embedding best practices into our daily workflows and recurring processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who views SEO as a true craft and brings at least four years of professional experience with complex, large-scale websites. You should be highly data-driven and comfortable working with tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs. Because we operate internationally, you must have C2-level German skills and be fluent in English. We value individuals who are naturally curious about AI and LLM-based solutions. While not mandatory, proficiency in SQL or Python is considered a significant advantage. You should be a structured, self-driven professional who enjoys translating complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
