We are searching for a Senior SEO Manager / Technical SEO Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. Our mission is to simplify the job search process for people around the globe, and we are looking for someone who is as passionate about making a real impact as they are about technical optimization. This is a fully remote position that offers you the freedom to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with our diverse, international team of over 70 professionals.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at boosting our organic search performance.
Work closely with our product managers, developers, and content teams to enhance our website architecture, improve user experience, and drive higher conversion rates.
Perform in-depth keyword research and develop initiatives to build site authority and trust while providing SEO training across the entire organization.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in SEO, specifically with large-scale websites that feature complex architectures.
Advanced technical expertise in areas such as indexation management, crawl budget optimization, and sophisticated on-page techniques.
Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in industry-standard keyword research tools and analytics platforms.
A proactive and organized mindset with the ability to work independently.
Full fluency in English, as this is essential for our daily operations.
