The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Sales Support Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our marketing department and our business development leads. You will be responsible for spearheading our marketing support efforts for key pursuits, which includes managing proposals, presentations, and special events. You will help us implement the processes and tools necessary to keep our pursuit teams organized and effective, ensuring that our firm continues to stand out in a competitive landscape.

A day in the life

• You will oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from tracking RFP requirements and interviewing key personnel to writing persuasive narratives that highlight our unique strengths.
• You will collaborate closely with business development teams to design and produce high-impact presentations that clearly communicate our technical scope and staff expertise.
• You will manage the pursuit marketing calendar and utilize Salesforce data to keep our teams informed, organized, and ahead of critical deadlines.

Who you are

You are a proactive communicator with a talent for storytelling and a background in professional services, ideally within the A/E/C industry. You bring a senior-level perspective to your work and are comfortable managing both projects and people. Your toolkit includes:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong experience with proposal writing and event coordination.
• A high level of comfort working with Salesforce to analyze and distribute data.
• Fluency in English and an enthusiastic, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
