As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will build the systems and programs that empower our growth team to win, ensuring our staff has the tools and knowledge to effectively communicate our value in the federal and commercial markets.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute our overarching sales enablement strategy.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new Account Executives, BDRs, and Sales Architects.
- Create and maintain essential sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and opportunity management guides.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to transform product positioning into actionable, field-ready materials.
- Facilitate recurring training sessions focused on product updates, competitive positioning, and skill development.
- Maintain our core sales knowledge system to ensure resources are organized, current, and easily accessible.
- Partner with Revenue leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using usage metrics, feedback, and sales outcomes.
- Apply your expertise in the Defense Industrial Base to ensure our sales motions align with DoD and federal requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to maintain alignment between strategy and execution.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Enablement, with a proven track record of managing onboarding, training, and playbooks.
- Experience designing enablement programs within B2B or B2G technology companies.
- A strong background supporting enterprise software sales teams, including Account Executives and Sales Architects.
- The ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling sales narratives.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain structured knowledge systems.
- Comfort and experience facilitating training sessions and presenting to sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $185,000 USD, determined by candidate experience and national benchmarking.
