We are a leading provider of specialized software solutions for analysis, planning, and CRM, specifically tailored to the arts and culture sector. Our team supports renowned institutions like theaters, opera houses, and concert halls across the DACH region by delivering advanced business intelligence and data analytics tools. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time, remote basis to help us expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead generation to conducting product demonstrations and finalizing contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute business development strategies, including the creation of KPI-driven performance reports and the identification of new market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and consulting teams to optimize our offerings, represent our company at industry conferences, and host informational webinars for clients.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally within the SaaS or arts and culture sectors.
- Strong deal-closing capabilities and a professional, diplomatic communication style.
- Fluency in German and English, with French language skills considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM systems.
- A genuine passion for data analytics, business intelligence, and the cultural landscape.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required by business needs.
What we offer
