The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Reporting Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days per week. This role is a unique chance to lead and reimagine our reporting function for both tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged financial products. While our reporting is currently focused on retail investors, we are expanding our reach to include wholesale and institutional clients. You will not just be fulfilling regulatory obligations. You will be transforming our reporting into a powerful communication tool that enhances the customer experience, strengthens relationships with advisers, and drives client retention.
A day in the life
- Lead our comprehensive reporting strategy, ensuring all outputs are fully compliant with regulations while serving as a value-added communication channel for our clients.
- Mentor and coach our Junior Reporting Manager, helping to foster their professional growth while embedding best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across investment, finance, compliance, and distribution teams to align our reporting processes with our broader business goals.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in financial services reporting. You possess a deep understanding of tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged product structures, and you are comfortable working with retail, wholesale, and institutional markets. You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring others, and you have a proven track record of transforming reporting functions to be more efficient and client-focused. You communicate clearly in English and are adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Why you'll love it here
We offer a collaborative and innovative culture where you can truly shape the future of a core business function. We value your work-life balance and provide a range of benefits to support you:
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and remote work options.
- A dedicated learning budget to support your professional development.
