This is a senior-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment within the United States. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our regulatory insights and our commercial success.
Your impact
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary bridge between our regulatory, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure everyone is aligned on product positioning and sales strategy.

- Market Intelligence: Analyze regulatory changes and competitive trends to provide actionable insights that sharpen our messaging and drive better business outcomes.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or revenue-facing roles.
- At least 5 years of experience specifically within the healthcare, payer, or regulatory sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience working with a SaaS provider, ideally in the healthcare IT space.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively across multiple internal departments.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated history of driving positive business results, such as improved win rates or shorter sales cycles.
- A self-motivated mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Perks and compensation
We believe in supporting our employees both professionally and personally. You will enjoy the following benefits:
- Hybrid work flexibility to help you balance your professional and personal life.
- Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees.
- An entrepreneurial culture that encourages growth beyond a standard job description.
- A collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and rewarded.
