It is a very exciting time of growth for our marketing team, and we are currently hiring a Senior Product Marketing Specialist 

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer a candidate local to Austin.

What will this role entail?

Quisitive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. If you are a self-starter looking to grow your B2B marketing skills in a high-growth environment, this position is an excellent fit. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sr Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for strategy and execution of campaigns to support sales and drive new business for a specific solution area. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented creative thinker and problem-solver with the ability to take initiative and show passion for quality and results.

The Senior Product Marketing Specialist will join an established demand generation team and will be responsible for solution marketing strategy and execution for Quisitive’s solution offers and services. This role will be the primary interface between the solution teams and the go-to-market team. They will be responsible for competitive and market research, campaign strategy and execution, content creation, and sales enablement. This role will work closely with the demand generation team to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Create and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, as well as ICP and personas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and go-to-market teams, to ensure alignment on marketing strategy and execution
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support sales and drive new business
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral such as sales decks, solution sheets, case studies, and product videos to ensure seller success
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and revenue with the assistance of the demand generation team
  • Analyze & report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • Strong business acumen and a credible, professional appearance 
  • Ability to take ownership of assignments and work independently (or in a team) to accomplish goals
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple work streams and embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A promoter of trust and teamwork
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data
  • Creative thinker with a passion for quality and results
  • Willingness to travel when required (minimal)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience

What else would set me apart?

  • Experience with Microsoft products, IT services, AI, and/or cloud/business management solutions for healthcare or public sector industries
  • Event planning experience (virtual and tradeshow)
  • Hands on experience executing demand generation campaigns
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
