We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time, on-site basis. Since our founding in Amsterdam in 2004, Mollie has grown into a trusted payment service provider for more than 200,000 businesses. We are currently navigating a rapidly evolving payments landscape, from new SoftPOS technology to advanced AI-driven data insights. As part of our mission to help customers thrive in changing commerce environments, you will sit at the intersection of our product, commerce, and marketing teams to help us eliminate financial bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for our evolving payments portfolio by experimenting with messaging and positioning to drive product adoption.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer by gathering insights and translating them into actionable feedback for our product roadmap and commercial leadership.
- Collaborate across teams to develop campaigns and content that build brand awareness and foster meaningful industry partnerships.
Requirements
- A proven track record of success within a fast-growing company, demonstrating the ability to navigate dynamic markets and complex challenges.
- A strong product mindset combined with the creative skills of a marketer and the strategic thinking of a commercial professional.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned while executing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical product details into clear, compelling narratives.
- Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is considered a significant asset.
