🚀 Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

Wayflyer is scaling fast, and as we expand our product suite and GTM complexity, we need a commercially minded PMM who can drive integrated campaigns, build high-impact sales assets, and help translate product value into revenue impact.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product—owning how our products show up in-market and how our teams go to market. You’ll be the executional heartbeat of product marketing, leading GTM plans and building enablement tools that empower our teams to win.

You won’t be starting from scratch: you’ll partner with a second PMM focused on positioning and upstream strategy. Your role is to make that strategy land in the market, with consistency, quality, and commercial impact.

What You’ll Own

• Integrated GTM execution – lead the orchestration of cross-functional campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Prime Day), working across Product, Content, Lifecycle, Brand, and Sales

• Sales enablement assets – build and manage our asset library, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling, and persona tools

• Field alignment – act as the day-to-day PMM contact for Sales, fielding requests, prioritising needs, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels

• GTM rhythm and planning – own the launch calendar, coordinate cross-functional readiness, and ensure teams are aligned on what’s shipping, when, and how it lands in market

• Support launches – partner with the other PMM to help activate positioning and messaging for new and existing products

• Own campaign measurement – define success metrics, track performance, and report on GTM impact in partnership with Marketing Ops

🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have 4–6 years in Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, or GTM roles at a B2B SaaS or fintech company

• You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy turning strategy into execution

• Have built sales enablement tools and run launch or campaign workstreams end-to-end

• You're fluent in the language of sales, marketing, and product—able to translate between them

• Operate with urgency, prioritise ruthlessly, and bring structure to ambiguity

• Bonus: experience working on ecommerce, fintech, or embedded finance products

🇮🇪 Dublin, Our Buzzing HQ

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

🇬🇧 London, One Big Family

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

🇦🇺 Sydney, Small but Mighty

Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.

🇺🇸 Atlanta, New York & Charlotte, Stateside Collaboration

Each of our US offices has 8-10 employees and operates with a flexible hybrid approach, blending in-person connection with remote freedom.
