We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in our Los Angeles office and report directly to the Head of Product.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop clear product positioning and messaging that highlights our unique value and differentiates us within the market.
- Create high-impact sales enablement assets, such as case studies, presentations, and collateral, to help our sales team communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Work alongside product management, engineering, design, and sales teams to boost product adoption and customer engagement.
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to uncover new trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
- Produce content for marketing campaigns, including whitepapers and product videos, to drive demand and pipeline growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and refine strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with our business development, account management, and brand partnership teams to build customer advocacy programs and leverage success stories.
- Gather customer feedback to provide insights that help shape our product roadmap.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Five to seven years of professional experience in product marketing.
- A proven history of successfully marketing and launching B2B technology products.
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, with the ability to turn market research into concrete plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly.
- A demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working directly with sales teams to support revenue growth and product adoption.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms, marketing automation software, and various analytics tools.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The total compensation for this position ranges from $145,000 to $185,000. Actual salary offers are determined based on an individual's specific skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities.
