We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us redefine the future of the workday.
Key outcomes
- Influence our product roadmap by providing deep market insights and expert guidance on the future of our AI-powered calendar assistant.
- Develop and refine compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with our target audiences.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Perform rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform our product strategy.
- Create segmented messaging and collateral that supports both sales and marketing initiatives, including the development of impactful case studies and enablement resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to integrate customer journey insights into our overarching strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or product-led growth environment.
- A proven history of successfully bringing products to market and driving measurable business results, such as increased feature adoption.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across different departments.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing product positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Experience managing complex projects and leading teams while effectively balancing competing priorities.
- A data-driven mindset with a commitment to using customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and analytics platforms such as Amplitude.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $134,000 to $200,000. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
