What you bring
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. You will serve as the third member of our marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, and will be responsible for leading our go-to-market strategies for upcoming product launches. This role requires a blend of creative vision and analytical rigor to drive customer engagement and product education. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition to diverse audiences.
- Developing and executing growth-focused go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches and optimized consumer acquisition.
- Leading the creation of high-impact marketing content, including website copy, emails, and collateral, while collaborating with our creative team and external partners.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 8 or more years of experience in product, performance, or growth marketing, ideally with a background in launching premium B2C or D2C products. You should possess a strong customer-first mindset and a highly analytical approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be able to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling stories. We value candidates who have previous experience in the EV industry and those who feel comfortable navigating the fast-paced, evolving environment of a startup. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and various CMS platforms will be considered a significant asset.
