We have pioneered the returns category and are currently expanding our suite to include innovative solutions for tracking, warranties, shipping protection, and fraud prevention. Our mission is to transform the post-purchase experience into a seamless interaction that strengthens the bond between consumers and the brands they love. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our collaborative team and help us define the future of the ecommerce industry.
Key outcomes
- Lead large-scale product launches by developing messaging that resonates with both existing and prospective merchants.
- Partner with our product, sales, and success teams to ensure launch strategies are effectively executed across our most impactful channels.
- Work closely with company leadership to build compelling narratives that establish our products as clear market leaders.
- Create high-quality internal and external assets, such as playbooks, decks, and product demos, to drive merchant adoption.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to sharpen our positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
- Support the growth of our marketing department by assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
- A proven ability to craft memorable product narratives and successfully bring them to market.
- Demonstrated success in enabling internal stakeholders through structured processes and clear communication.
- A history of using product data and market research to guide strategic decision-making.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to independently identify problems and execute solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, particularly when managing competing demands.
- A high level of creativity, evidenced by past work on presentations or marketing campaigns.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within the ecommerce ecosystem.
- Practical design experience using Figma.
