Textio is dedicated to helping organizations build and retain diverse, high-performing teams by removing bias from the talent lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team and lead the marketing strategy for our recruiting and performance management solutions.

Responsibilities

Direct the positioning and launch strategies for new product features and capabilities.
Create essential sales and marketing collateral, such as slide decks, landing pages, and one-pagers, while training internal teams on their effective use.
Produce clear, accessible, and jargon-free copy for our website and email communications.
Partner with our engineering department to maintain a consistent rhythm for product roadmaps and value articulation.
Conduct regular competitive analysis and share actionable insights across the organization.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience in product marketing within the enterprise SaaS space.
A strong point of view balanced with a collaborative, low-ego approach.
Direct experience working with HR personas and workflows, including creating content tailored to HR teams.
Active interest in or practical experience using generative AI in your professional or personal projects.
A portfolio showcasing your marketing and sales enablement work and its measurable impact on the customer journey.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $131,000 to $188,000. We support 100% remote work for residents of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
