About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position serves as a vital bridge between our product, marketing, sales, and customer success departments. You will own the strategy for the entire product lifecycle, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. By reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping how we bring our solutions to market and drive long-term customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, which includes planning and executing successful launches for new products and features.
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and storytelling that effectively communicates the value of our products across various marketing channels.
- Partner with our product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and provide data-driven insights that improve feature adoption and customer retention.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams to meet complex objectives.
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate market research into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from entry-level staff to executive leadership.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in the United States. You will work from our Redmond headquarters in the Seattle area or our office in Colorado Springs, following a schedule of three days in the office and two days remote each week.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range based on your work location:
- Colorado: $118,825 to $137,309
- Washington: $133,178 to $153,894
