Senior Product Manager at Lyra Health

Founded by David Ebersman, the former CFO of Facebook and Genentech, we are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity at our Burlingame, California headquarters.

Key outcomes

• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and partners to identify user needs and develop product plans that support our long-term business goals.
• Create and deliver tools that empower our Go-to-Market teams while helping our partners and customers effectively implement our solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to define strategies that drive platform scalability and resolve operational pain points.
• Manage the product roadmap by evaluating opportunities and prioritizing features that align with our core business objectives.
• Support the product development lifecycle by writing documentation, managing engineering tickets, and coordinating successful product launches.
• Monitor program metrics and provide clear, actionable updates on program health to our executive leadership.
• Ensure a smooth transition from development to launch by working closely with Go-to-Market and Customer Success teams to incorporate feedback.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by refining our internal processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management or a similar role within a software development environment.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with enterprise sales and customer success teams.
• Experience managing platform products and partner integrations.
• A highly organized, self-starting mindset with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• A deep curiosity about our users, the market, and the competitive landscape.
• Strong leadership qualities, including a proactive approach to ownership and an execution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with platform product teams to scale solutions across an organization.
• A track record of defining and shipping 0-1 features.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Compensation

This position offers the benefit of a hybrid work schedule, requiring 1 to 2 days per week at our Burlingame office.
