What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of the product lifecycle for our AI-driven character platform. You will be at the forefront of the industry, working with cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and game engine technologies to help us build and scale products that define the future of interactive entertainment.

What will you do?

• Lead the product vision and strategy for our AI-powered agents, specifically focusing on systems for reasoning, planning, and complex agentic behavior.
• Tackle difficult technical challenges at the intersection of AI and game engine workflows to scope and deliver world-class product features.
• Partner with C-level executives and key industry leaders to translate business needs and partner feedback into a clear, actionable product roadmap.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in product management, specifically with AI/ML products or game engines like Unity and Unreal.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and research.
• A proactive mindset focused on building developer-centric tools and workflows.
