Senior Product Manager at Arbital Health

The role

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will report directly to our Chief Product Officer. You will serve as the primary product champion, working closely with our engineering and business stakeholders to drive the development and overall success of the Arbital Platform. This role is hybrid, offering flexibility for those based near our offices or working remotely with periodic travel for in-person collaboration.

Core responsibilities

• Take full ownership of platform feature roadmaps, guiding them from initial ideation through to final launch.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into a clear product strategy and compelling value proposition.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including the creation of Jira epics, user stories, and sprint planning to ensure high-quality, timely releases.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience building healthcare products or analytics, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS platforms and value-based care solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Deep familiarity with the product management lifecycle and hands-on experience using Jira for release management and development.
• A strategic, resourceful mindset with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver executive-level presentations.
