We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our software portfolio and help us revolutionize the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia through surgical robotics. You will join our team to guide the full product lifecycle for our HYDROS and AquaBeam systems, ensuring we continue to improve patient outcomes and surgical experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for our software portfolio while aligning with our company goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements for medical devices.
- Lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including surgeons.
- Create launch plans and support educational materials to ensure successful market adoption.
- Participate in industry conferences and customer engagements to showcase our clinical evidence and technology.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software product management, ideally within the medical device industry or a similarly regulated field.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to lead change.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for this on-site role.
- Current work authorization as a citizen or permanent resident in the United States.
Nice-to-haves
- An advanced degree, such as an MBA or MS.
- Experience with SaaS, subscription business models, or AI software development.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and HIPAA regulations.
- Practical experience using Jira and Jama.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $207,000 per year, with additional eligibility for an annual bonus and equity or RSUs.
