Senior Product Manager, Location Management at Metropolis

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the systems that keep our network of locations running smoothly. In this role you will shape the tools and processes that guide our field teams, turning data into clear actions that improve reliability for our real-estate partners and delight the drivers who use our garages every day. Your work will sit at the center of our product organization, connecting engineering, operations, and customer success to deliver measurable improvements at scale.

A day in the life

• You will set the product vision and roadmap for location-management features, translating partner goals into clear priorities and success metrics that guide cross-functional squads.
• You will gather field feedback, analyze performance data, and run experiments that surface operational issues early, then turn those insights into well-defined requirements for engineers and designers.
• You will partner with teams across the company to launch new capabilities, monitor post-release results, and iterate quickly so every location starts strong and stays healthy.

Who you are

You bring at least six years of product-management experience, including ownership of multiple B2B initiatives that delivered clear business results on complex technical platforms. You are fluent in modern web technologies, distributed systems, and system design, and you are comfortable using data to steer decisions. You combine strong user empathy with an eye for clean, intuitive design, and you communicate ideas clearly in writing and in conversation. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience anchors your background, while an entrepreneurial mindset helps you thrive when problems are open-ended. Experience with cameras, embedded hardware, or machine learning is a plus, and you are ready to travel occasionally to stay close to the locations we serve. English fluency is required.
