Are you ready to help us transform brain health on a global scale? At Linus Health, we are a Boston-based team of over 100 professionals dedicated to advancing early detection and intervention for cognitive disorders. By blending cutting-edge neuroscience with advanced AI, we empower individuals to live longer and healthier lives. We are currently entering a phase of rapid expansion and are looking for a passionate leader to help us define the future of our organization.
What you bring
As a Senior Product Manager for Connected Care, you will operate in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere within the United States. This is a unique 0-to-1 opportunity where you will build our Connected Care business from the ground up, focusing on the critical nodes of healthcare such as care coordination, payers, and clinical research. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading the product roadmap for the Connected Care portfolio while balancing business objectives and market requirements.
- Collaborating daily with a diverse group of neurologists, neuroscientists, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex clinical needs into intuitive software solutions.
- Managing a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, including legal, regulatory, and life sciences partners, to ensure seamless product integration.
Requirements
We are looking for an independent thinker with at least seven years of dedicated software product management experience and a total of ten years in the professional workforce. You should be a digital health native with a proven history of launching products within highly regulated environments, such as those governed by HIPAA or FDA standards. A strong technical background is essential, specifically regarding EHR integrations, FHIR standards, and claims data architecture. You must be comfortable building AI-powered products at scale and possess the ability to make complex algorithms actionable for our users. Proficiency in English is required, and you should thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup environment.
What we offer
We provide a base salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 per year, supplemented by a discretionary annual bonus and equity compensation. We value your well-being and professional growth, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Medical insurance.
- A 401k plan with company matching.
- Unlimited vacation time and paid time off.
- Flexible working hours in a remote-first environment.
