Key outcomes

• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to design, build, and deploy new features across our entire technology stack.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from initial prototyping to the final launch of features.
• Maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and overall polish of our applications to ensure a world-class user experience.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to keep our systems stable and secure.
• Contribute to our diverse technical environment, including mobile development with Flutter and Dart, internal tooling using Next.js and TypeScript, and data processing pipelines built in Python.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building mobile and web applications from the ground up, with a comfort level working across the entire vertical stack.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and modern software architectures, such as microservices, message queues, and various database systems.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed and the ability to iterate quickly are essential.
• A self-starting mindset with a strong desire to learn new tools and technologies on the fly.
• A genuine interest in AI and a passion for building products that make a tangible difference in mental health.
