What you bring

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a vital role in our Product team, working on-site in the United Kingdom. This full-time position requires a collaborative mindset and a passion for creative problem-solving as you help maintain our market leadership. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Leading design initiatives for new and existing products while ensuring they align with our business objectives and user needs.
• Maintaining design consistency across our platforms, applications, and marketing collateral to ensure they reflect our brand guidelines.
• Creating high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and design systems to effectively communicate your concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional who possesses a deep understanding of the entire design process, including user research, interaction design, and usability testing. You should have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to translate complex client objectives into intuitive product designs. We value candidates who are dynamic, persuasive, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, innovative environment. While not required, previous experience in the financial services or digital asset sectors is highly desirable. You must be proficient in English to collaborate effectively with our cross-functional teams.
