We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team and help us shape the next generation of financial innovation. What you'll be doing
- Design and execute data-driven experiments that test hypotheses to drive meaningful impact for our users and our business.
- Lead strategic initiatives that address complex human needs, such as helping our clients feel more confident and comfortable when managing their finances.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, researchers, engineers, and data scientists to turn insights into elegant, actionable product solutions.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in design and a deep interest in financial technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product design within a consumer software environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems through high-quality visual and interaction design.
- A structured approach to your work, where you use clear frameworks to articulate your design decisions.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments alongside product managers and researchers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to steer your own projects with minimal oversight.
- A passion for the entire design process, from high-level strategy to detailed pixel-perfect execution.
- Fluency in English.
