Our journey began when our co-founders witnessed a friend lose £25,000 during a property purchase due to the lack of secure, modern anti-fraud technology. Today, we provide a robust platform that helps lawyers, estate agents, and accountants verify identities and transfer funds securely through app-based document checks, facial recognition, and open banking. With the trust of over 1,000 businesses and $25 million in capital raised from prominent fintech investors, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in the United Kingdom.

Key outcomes

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for one of our core product domains, such as Platform, Identity Risk, Financial Risk, or Business Risk.
• Simplify complex, data-heavy compliance workflows into intuitive, actionable interfaces that reduce friction and improve completion rates.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to plan and deliver high-impact experiences that balance visual quality with technical feasibility.
• Drive the evolution of our design system by building reusable components, establishing design patterns, and documenting rationale for complex scenarios.
• Mentor other designers, provide constructive feedback, and champion design thinking across the organization.
• Conduct user research with property professionals and compliance officers to ensure our solutions meet both user needs and strict regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on complex B2B workflow design.
• Expertise in transforming intricate regulatory requirements into clear, user-centric interfaces.
• A track record of collaborating effectively within product and engineering teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in design systems and the ability to balance consistency with specific user requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design decisions based on metrics and client success.
• A passion for mentoring and elevating the quality of design within a team.

Compensation
