We have secured 36 million dollars in funding from partners like Andreessen Horowitz and New Enterprise Associates, and we are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to help us shape the future of our platform.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the end-to-end design process, taking ownership of our product vision, strategy, and execution while partnering closely with our founders, engineering, and product teams.
- You will translate complex problems into intuitive solutions by creating wireframes and prototypes before refining them into high-fidelity visual designs.
- You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, using data to inform your design decisions and ensure our features truly delight our customers.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 5 years of experience working as a product designer within an in-house team.
- You are highly proficient in Figma and have a proven track record of designing cross-platform, web-based interfaces for technical users.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to articulate your design strategy clearly in English.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in an iterative environment and values close collaboration with stakeholders to ship high-quality products.
What you'll get
For this full-time, remote position, we offer a base salary range of $135,000 to $155,000, depending on your years of experience.
