Our platform serves a diverse community of EV drivers, site hosts, and distribution partners, and we need your expertise to create seamless, intuitive experiences for them. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate directly with our product managers and engineers to turn complex technical challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions that drive real business results.
What you'll be doing
- You will own design projects from the initial concept phase through to final implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- You will lead user research initiatives to gain a deep understanding of our various customers, including fleet managers, installers, and drivers.
- You will create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that simplify our sophisticated EV charging technology into a delightful user experience.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in Senior level product design. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses a deep mastery of the following skills:
- Comprehensive experience in User Research and Information Architecture.
- Proficiency in Prototyping and Wireframing to communicate design intent.
- Strong facilitation abilities to lead workshops and align cross-functional teams.
- A proven ability to apply Design principles to complex, technical platforms.
