Senior Product Designer at Enable

As a rapidly growing, series-D funded SaaS company, we support the global supply chain with a team of over 700 professionals across the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will help shape the future of our rebate management platform, ensuring that our software remains the global leader in the industry while revolutionizing the supply chain experience for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers alike.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to define user journeys, identify problem spaces, and establish design requirements based on thorough research.
• Manage the end-to-end design process, which includes translating complex technical requirements into intuitive wireframes and utilizing your skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Partner with engineering teams to assess the feasibility of your solutions and provide architectural guidance during implementation to ensure our designs remain scalable and effective.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector or involving complex technical solutions.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Heap, FullStory, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A deep understanding of UI and UX principles, user research methodologies, prototyping, and information architecture.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate design decisions and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• A proven track record of leading complex projects from start to finish and a portfolio that demonstrates your unique problem-solving process and successful implementations.
