The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in India, and you will work in a hybrid capacity. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital products and services, ensuring that our design strategy aligns with our mission to deliver high-impact technology solutions.

Core responsibilities

• Drive the transformation of our technology by designing innovative solutions that change how our clients operate and maintain their assets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop essential design deliverables, such as service blueprints, journey maps, roadmaps, design systems, and prototypes.
• Lead strategy workshops and make high-level design decisions that influence the success of our product portfolio.

Skills and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in UX design.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to apply design principles to mobile and web platforms.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Sketch, or Framer.
• A creative mindset capable of translating complex ideas into functional, visually compelling prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate across different organizational departments.
• Experience applying diverse research methods, such as user testing, context analysis, and moderated interviews, to inform your design decisions.
