• Network mapping: enabling customers to never miss a deal within their network, and leverage their team for out-of-network deals. 
• Founder search: now used by hundreds of teams to pinpoint founders and talent. Supports searches like “show me everyone who worked at a tier 1 investor backed company in product or engineering from the preseed to series A stage, who is now a free agent”
• Investor profiles: clear insight into investor activity and relationships
• Semantic Search: Discover target companies through natural language search instead of keyword filters. Simply type what you’re looking for (e.g., “AI for dental hygiene”) and get better results, faster.
• Research Agents: Get instant, detailed company research automatically generated from multiple data sources. Input any company name to receive a structured report covering team, market, product, and traction - turning hours of manual diligence into minutes.
• Custom Columns: Add and track custom data points on any company in Harmonic. Whether scoring potential investments, tracking meeting outcomes, or adding proprietary tags, investors can now customize Harmonic to match their team's unique workflows and evaluation criteria
• A suite of AI-driven features, such as: personalized relevance scoring, similar company mapping, modeled headcount, standardized descriptions

About the role

This is a senior-level, execution-focused design role requiring strong individual contribution. As a Senior Product Designer at Harmonic, you’ll craft thoughtful, impactful design solutions for complex tools powered by AI and data. You’ll own product features end-to-end while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to solve hard problems in intuitive ways.

• Craft impactful solutions: Take ownership of the entire design process, crafting thoughtful, user-centered experiences that address complex workflows and drive measurable outcomes.
• Work across teams: Partner closely with product, engineering, and other teams to design, test, and ship features that address real user needs with thoughtful, precise execution.
• Define the product’s future: Drive the product’s design direction by deeply understanding user needs and translating them into thoughtful experiences that align with business goals.
• Develop at the frontier: Design products and interfaces which don't yet have well established interaction patterns, such as those fueled by agentic workflows
• Discover what matters: Build meaningful connections with customers, teammates, and design partners to uncover real challenges and shape designs that make a lasting impact.
• Collaborate to deliver: Partner closely with product and engineering to design, test, and ship features that address real user needs with clarity and precision.

What we’re looking for

• Product design expertise: 5+ years of experience in product design, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Track record of impact: Proven success shipping impactful products and features with a high degree of ownership.
• Craft & precision: You have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs that balance visual polish with functional clarity. You create simple, compelling user experiences while considering complex technical constraints.
• Context-driven design: Skilled at integrating user needs and technical limitations into thoughtful product development decisions.
• Clear communicator: You explain your design rationale clearly and inspire buy-in from stakeholders.
• Nice to haves
  • Experience with AI-driven products or enterprise SaaS tools.
  • Background in complex search interfaces or tools that support business relationships and operational workflows.

Pay

$170-220k salary + equity depending on level
