What you bring

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take on a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, high-impact design solutions for our data-heavy, AI-driven products. You will own features from start to finish, working alongside engineers and product managers to solve complex problems in the SaaS space. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end design process to create user-centered experiences that address intricate workflows.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to test and ship features that meet real user needs with precision.
• Defining the future of our product by translating user insights into thoughtful, scalable design directions.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep expertise in Product Design and User Experience. You should be a first-principles thinker who can simplify complex processes into elegant, intuitive interfaces. We value individuals who are proactive, low-ego, and capable of leading through ambiguity. You must have strong Communication skills to articulate your design rationale and build consensus across the team. A background in enterprise SaaS or AI-driven tools is highly beneficial, as is a proven track record of shipping impactful products. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can balance big-picture strategy with meticulous attention to detail.

What we offer
