Trumid is a fintech company transforming fixed income trading through intelligent, electronic solutions. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown into one of the top three corporate bond e-trading platforms in the United States, serving over 1,300 traders across a network of more than 920 institutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex design projects by structuring engagement plans and breaking down tasks to maximize the value of user experience.
- Interview stakeholders and subject matter experts to synthesize insights into realistic, project-based design principles.
- Investigate UI and UX challenges to propose solutions from diverse perspectives.
- Develop intuitive workflows, layouts, and prototypes while communicating concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
- Work closely with our development team to ensure design feasibility and understand platform constraints.
- Maintain consistency by utilizing our existing design system and patterns.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design language, pattern library, and standard components.
Must-haves
- Seven or more years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX Architect in an agency or in-house environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to lead design workshops.
- A proven track record of creating end-to-end experiences and insight-driven design solutions.
- High attention to detail and the ability to iterate creative ideas quickly.
- Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and UX research skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working within the fintech industry.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
