Senior Product Designer at Rewatch

We are building Rewatch to change how teams communicate. Our platform gathers videos from any source, automatically transcribing and organizing them so that meetings become searchable and accessible. We help teams collaborate through highlights, annotations, and transcripts, effectively reducing the need for constant live meetings. With 20 million dollars in funding from investors like Andreessen Horowitz, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our remote team and help us redefine the modern workplace.

What you'll be doing

• You will transform customer challenges and opportunities into actionable ideas and proposals for our product roadmap.
• You will build scrappy prototypes using tools like Figma, sketches, or HTML to test your design concepts quickly.
• You will write production-level HTML and CSS, as our designers are responsible for building out their own work within our web application.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience shipping web or mobile software. You should be comfortable working in a fully remote environment and possess a generalist skillset that allows you to move fluidly between design tools and frontend code. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of accessibility fundamentals and a desire to build inclusive products. You should also be a thoughtful communicator who prefers taking action and making incremental improvements over waiting for perfection. You must be fluent in English to collaborate effectively with our team.
