What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis in Australia. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Product and act as a key leader who balances strategic vision with hands-on execution. Your expertise in product design, user experience, and customer experience will be vital as you help us refine our offerings and support our growing team.

• Take ownership of the design function by collaborating with the CPO to develop strategic plans, define design methods, and utilize analytics and customer feedback to drive our vision.
• Simplify complex challenges into elegant, user-friendly design solutions while actively mentoring your team to ensure their professional growth and success.
• Work directly with our diverse client base to translate their specific needs into actionable product enhancements that provide real value.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in design thinking, ideally with at least six years of experience in startups, fintech, or SaaS environments. You should be highly proficient in both B2B and B2C digital product design and have a proven ability to deliver high-quality work with limited resources. We value candidates who are data-driven, possess exceptional visual design skills, and have a meticulous eye for detail. You should be comfortable implementing lean design processes and have a track record of mentoring others. Fluency in English is required, and we are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and eager to advocate for our product and our people.
