TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to making youth sports more enjoyable by connecting parents, coaches, and players. We are a remote-first company recognized as a top place to work, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us innovate and build seamless experiences for our community.
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, high-impact user experiences across our platforms by analyzing market trends and customer data.
- Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into actionable product requirements, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Balance business objectives and technical constraints while ensuring design decisions remain rooted in user research.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to validate designs and iterate based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high design standards.
- Develop and maintain the TeamSnap design system to ensure consistency across our products.
- Work alongside marketing designers to uphold brand integrity throughout all digital touchpoints.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in product design or a related field, with a proven track record of building digital products.
- A degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in web and app development concepts.
- A strong online portfolio that highlights your ability to turn high-level visions into successful, creative UX solutions.
- Expert-level skills in Figma and various prototyping tools.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts and discuss the trade-offs of different design solutions effectively.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and synthesizing feedback from diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
