What you bring

As a Senior Product Designer working in a full-time capacity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product suite. Based in Ireland, you will join a collaborative team of five, working across various squads to deliver high-quality, human-centered solutions. Your expertise in UX, UI, and visual design will be essential as you tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead discovery initiatives and collaborate with high-profile sports leagues and clubs to evaluate and refine new ideas.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from initial problem identification and user journey mapping through to final release and performance monitoring.
• Actively contribute to our design system, product strategy, and long-term vision while balancing priorities across multiple high-impact projects.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in software product design. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or possess equivalent practical experience. A strong online portfolio is essential, as it must demonstrate your ability to think critically about UX and UI while delivering polished visual designs. We value candidates who have worked closely with engineering teams to build web products and those who can navigate the complexities of maintaining a design system. If you have prior experience in the sports industry, that is a significant advantage. You must be a proactive problem solver who can balance business requirements with technical feasibility.
