Senior Product Designer at Blink

With over twenty years of expertise in strategy, research, and design, we have successfully delivered solutions for industry leaders like Amazon, Microsoft, NASA, and Starbucks. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Embedded practice, which focuses on long-term collaborations with our major client partners. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Bellevue, Washington.

Key outcomes

• Lead the creation of engaging digital products that balance user delight with measurable business success.
• Develop a wide range of design artifacts, including concept models, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.
• Mentor other UX designers by providing constructive feedback to maintain high standards of data-driven design.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and product leaders to test and refine the end-to-end digital experience across complex ecosystems.
• Utilize usability testing and analytics data to assess performance and optimize existing products.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams with clarity and confidence.
• Work closely with development and design system teams to ensure the final implementation remains consistent with established brand guidelines.
• Deepen organizational empathy for our users by creating personas, workflows, and day-in-the-life scenarios.
• Facilitate workshops that encourage design-centered thinking among cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven work history within the e-commerce sector.
• A strong foundation in user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience launching end-to-end features across a variety of platforms, with a demonstrated ability to design intuitive mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Adobe XD, Miro, and various prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design process through detailed case studies.
• The ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
