Our mission is to empower organizations by providing the tools and knowledge necessary to collect, analyze, and learn from data. By combining a sophisticated impact analytics platform with expert professional services, we help our partners define their narratives and drive positive change in the world.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product group on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position that requires high autonomy and a self-organizing mindset. You will lead the end-to-end UX and UI design for our core products, working closely with a product manager and an engineering lead within a dedicated development pod. We are looking for someone who wants to take genuine ownership of their work and contribute to both feature improvements and the creation of entirely new product lines.
Core responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis to inform strategic product decisions and drive the use of personas.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while defining and implementing consistent UX/UI patterns and design systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development cycle to build and maintain design artifacts and ensure successful execution.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of product design experience, supported by formal training or certification.
- Proven experience working in B2B and SaaS environments.
- Advanced technical proficiency with Figma.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your end-to-end design process, attention to detail, and craft.
- Practical experience working within agile or scrum frameworks alongside product managers and software engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and a high comfort level with driving user research using various methodologies.
Compensation and benefits
We offer an annual salary range of $120,000 to $145,000, depending on your experience. Our benefits package includes:
- Equity compensation.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 70% of premiums covered for employees and their families.
- Life, accidental death, and disability insurance.
- Unlimited vacation policy, plus paid holidays and monthly Wellness Fridays.
- 401k retirement plan.
- Remote work equipment and a lifestyle spending account for wellness and professional development.
How to apply
If you are ready to contribute to meaningful work, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to join our team. Note that a cover letter is not required. Our interview process includes a portfolio review and two design exercises, which are designed to be respectful of your time while helping us identify the best fit for our team. We are committed to an inclusive hiring process and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply, even if you do not meet every single qualification listed.
