What you bring
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core Alt platform as a full-time, remote team member. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, delightful experiences that help our users manage their portfolios across web and mobile. Your work will directly influence our product trajectory and brand identity.
- Lead design projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to solve complex user challenges.
- Advocate for the user by utilizing data and feedback to refine our product experience.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience building digital products within agile, cross-functional teams. You should be highly proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Framer. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of design systems and is comfortable translating customer feedback and data into actionable design decisions. You must be an excellent communicator who can articulate your creative process clearly in English. A passion for marketplaces or fintech is a significant plus, as is the ability to balance high-level conceptual thinking with precise, tactical execution.
What we offer
