The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will have a significant impact on the usability and aesthetic quality of our platform. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to shape the future of our product, ensuring that our tools remain intuitive and powerful for a diverse range of users.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new features, from initial exploration to final execution, while providing constructive feedback to your peers to maintain high design standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and advocates to translate complex user needs into actionable, high-impact solutions that advance our product vision.
• Champion inclusive and accessible design practices, ensuring that all users can effectively engage with our tools regardless of their background or experience level.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a related design role.
• Strong proficiency in visual design, UX, and prototyping.
• A solid understanding of technical constraints when designing for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience working with developer-centric products, data science, or machine learning technologies is a plus.
